Personalizing Your Gift
The product sections are displayed in the left sidebar menu. You may click on any of these sections to personalize your gift. All of our products can be customized by engraving your personal message. The text engraving is always included in the prices which are listed at the bottom of each section. You can also select the font in which the text will be engraved on your custom gift. When you are given the option to upload a logo, you may upload your image file to the system. The use of image files for engraving is subject to approval. You will be notified if the image cannot be engraved. If an extra cost is associated with the use of your image file, you will also be notified.
Ordering Your Gift
Once you have selected all of the options to personalize your gift, you may add the item to your shopping cart by clicking on the cart at the bottom of the product page. You must make sure that all required options are selected before adding an item. Optional fields can be left blank if you do not wish to use them.
Your shopping cart displays all of your items as well as the personalization information and prices. You may continue to browse the site and add more items until you are ready to checkout. To do so, you must click on the "Proceed to Checkout" button below your shopping cart.
To purchase your item(s), you will need to fill out the information on the checkout page and then click on the "PayPal Buy Now" button. This will redirect you to the PayPal site where you can complete the payment using one the secure options. PayPal is a safe and easy way to make online payments. The service allows anyone to pay in any way they prefer, including through credit cards, bank accounts, buyer credit or account balances. PayPal helps protect your financial information with industry-leading security and fraud prevention systems. When you use PayPal, your financial information is never shared with the merchant. You can therefore make your payment without having to disclose any financial information on the Timeless Engraved Gifts web site.
Shipping Information
After successfully completing your payment, your order will be processed by Timeless Engraved Gifts. Your custom gift(s) will be engraved and ready to ship within 2-4 weeks. If you need to have your order
rushed, please contact us and we will do our best to expedite the process. We recommend that you contact us before ordering if you must receive the gift(s) soon.
